Jenna is an consultant, facilitator, and learning designer with two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, and create meaningful change. She brings together dialogue, facilitation, organizational development, and systems change to help people and organizations move from conversation to collective action.

Jenna specializes in designing and facilitating customized experiences that bring diverse perspectives into the room, deepen collaboration and connection, and support organizations in addressing their most complex challenges. Her work includes strategic planning, organizational assessment, leadership and team development, and facilitated dialogue.

As an educator, Jenna also partners with organizations to create learning and engagement experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in the unique needs of their people and communities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University and is completing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
